Haven't had a limescale magnetic fitted before but heard they do make your machine last longer in hard water areas. Hope it works.

I don't know whether or not this is value for money. I decided to purchase the care pack as I live in a very hard water area. Only time will tell if the descaling magnet does its job.

This dishwasher is brilliant. The cutlery tray at the top is so handy and good. Their is plenty of room and the machine is easy to use. It is so quiet, if it wasn’t for the machines red light that shines on the kitchen floor, when the machine is on, you would think the machine wasn’t working.

This item was quite expensive for what it was. A limescale preventer, some dishwasher tablets and a dishwaster cleaner. there were all there and useful. But I feel these items could have been obtained separately at a much cheaper cost.

The tablets don’t give a good finish so I’ll be getting the leading brand instead which gave an excellent finish.

Hard water has affected a couple of our machines and this looks like a useful pack to prevent that.

Starter pack includes a part to fit to the dishwasher if you're in a hard water area. Really love my new dishwasher with its separate top shelf for cutlery - no bending over and stabbing my hand on a knife with this design. Very quiet and everything is of good quality. Has so many options not sure I will ever use them all but this is definitely a machine built to last and its wireless feature of remote start is just so cool! - maybe not an essential feature but nice to know if you decide to run the dishwasher when you are out and want it done for when you get home - you can taylor the program remotely too.
