Excelllent item.

This oven seems to be excellent quality with sturdy cooking trays. We have not had it long but all cooking results good so far. Unfortunately this is a replacement item as first was faulty. Exchange was straightforward though.

Easy to install and looks very nice. Instructions could be a little clearer on the uses of each button. Value for money

Oven is aesthetically pleasing and was delivered promptly with texts and emails to confirm timeslots. Plenty of wire racks and grill trays and a large oven cavity. The thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the complexity of starting the oven quickly. It requires reading and rereading the limited/non logically sequenced instructions each time you want to cook. Hoping to find a quick start eventually, maybe on YouTube.

Good quality, with brilliant installation

Replaced a more well know oven brand so was slightly apprehensive about going for something less expensive. So pleased we did as looks good, large capacity and most of the different settings you will ever need in an oven. Relatively straightforward to use. Comes with flex/cable but requires hardwiring to the electric supply.

Three stars for the product zero for customer service

So many features with a large capacity and pyrolytic cleaning not used this function yet I can’t fault this oven. Two shelves plus two trays makes for all bases covered! It’s a delight
