Simple Swap - Shelf shortage!

Easy swap over - disappointed oven had only one shelf - would like to know if that’s correct and can extra shelves be ordered as typically replaced oven shelves don’t fit!!!

Had the oven for less then a year then the sticky seal around the edge of the hinges that holds the pole that is attached to the oven door fell apart (dried up foam) and the oven door literally fell off!. No problem it was still under warranty so AO simply replaced it for me.

Watch out for no cable connection

It was a bit unclear that many of these ovens does not come with a cable connection. Needs a lot of research or have to employ an electrician.
