Love the double electric oven. The oven I removed was identical measurements (width, height and depth) to what was on the website but the new oven did not fit due to an existing gas pipe for my hob. I had to lower the ledge to sit the new oven on and am having to arrange for the Base board to be adjusted and for a new piece of board to be added to the too at the front to account for this. The oven was bought initially for the measurements, then based on the good review's of the product so that is why it was not returned. Good delivery service and disposal of old oven.

Looks good, but little things like no racks for the grill pans make it feel cheap. Didn’t come with fitting brackets for the built under worktop as described in instruction manual. Once fitted though looks the part.

The delivery lads carried this into my kitchen for me without any complaint and communication from ao was excellent. I have had this appliance for a week now. AO.com offered 10% discount to NHS staff, which was brilliant! When it came, it wouldn't fit in to the space below my gas hob without alteration to the kitchen unit, took me a day to do this but once fitted it looks great. This built under double oven comes from the cheaper end of the market and it shows here and there in the product. For example, the top oven door doesn't close smoothly (might just be mine) and there is no self-cleaning mode. Having said that, the fan oven is much quieter than my old oven and seems to warm up very quickly. It could do with larger thermostat lights or an audible warning when the oven has heated up to the required temperature, but these are minor quibbles. The ability to have "full grill" or "half grill" is a bonus. Overall, I am pleased with the product and only time will tell if it has longevity.

Nice oven but only 1 shelf in the main oven. Easy to use.

Looks good, does all expected of it, not had this make before, price was the deciding factor for trying this make. Only reason I have not given a 5* review is that it is taking longer than I expected for the smell from the top oven/grill to go. Expecting this to sort itself out.

Excellent oven cooking wise. But does not come with shelves to support it if using as a built under oven.

Excellent value for money. Easy to use. Only issue is the mark on each knob to indicate function or temperature chosen are not clear

The bottom oven is very efficient and is a delight to use, however the top oven/grill took a long time to cook the sausages I was making for dinner and then at the last minute they burnt. The overall product is easy to use and looks good too.
