It certainly looks nice, nearly didn't fit as have a gas hob so was a tight fit (according to fitters). The one thing that is a let down is the indicator on the temperature knob is literally a dot and is hard to see. For something so simple it is very frustrating.

Really impressed, great quality and looks really good. Only little annoyance is the markers on the selector knobs are quite small so you need to lean down to see what’s been selected.

Overall very good, product is excellent value, quiet and efficient. Looks good and easy to clean, temperature seems very even. Only thing which could be improved is the shelves are a touch flimsy for something heavy like a cast iron casserole pot. But overall a very good product.

The delivery lads carried this into my kitchen for me without any complaint and communication from ao was excellent. I have had this appliance for a week now. AO.com offered 10% discount to NHS staff, which was brilliant! When it came, it wouldn't fit in to the space below my gas hob without alteration to the kitchen unit, took me a day to do this but once fitted it looks great. This built under double oven comes from the cheaper end of the market and it shows here and there in the product. For example, the top oven door doesn't close smoothly (might just be mine) and there is no self-cleaning mode. Having said that, the fan oven is much quieter than my old oven and seems to warm up very quickly. It could do with larger thermostat lights or an audible warning when the oven has heated up to the required temperature, but these are minor quibbles. The ability to have "full grill" or "half grill" is a bonus. Overall, I am pleased with the product and only time will tell if it has longevity.

Not a bad oven overall, but there are one or two things that you should be aware of before purchasing! Each oven only comes with 1 rack & 1 grill tray, you might be expecting 2 racks per oven. The grill trays come without racks or handles, so make sure you have good oven gloves! None of this is explained in the oven description! Also, you might find the little dimples on the control knobs are difficult to see, so I'm thinking of maybe adding a dab of paint to improve visibility. The oven also came with a noisy cooling fan, which I have seen mentioned on other reviews. This has now been fixed by the manufacturer. Be aware that any manufacturer engineers visit are on an all day basis. This can lead to a bit of confusion when the engineer advises he will be with you between 10am & 11am, but doesn't actually show up until 1pm! I had only booked half a day off! So, all in all, not a bad product, but I had 1 or 2 niggles!

Received faulty oven. As soon as top oven switched on tripped main fuse board in house. Installed by professional electrician as not paying £100 for ao to connect 3 cables. Same electrician has been back to double check and has confirmed definitely a faulty unit and not to use as could become live. Now have to wait over a week for an engineer from Hisense to visit to check the fault which will no doubt then lead to a longer wait for a replacement. Very poor handling of a faulty item. Now been without an oven for over 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Appreciate you can receive faulty goods occasionally but one would expect a quicker resolution. Offered a free 22 month warranty upgrade when I’d already purchased the 5 year! Got £30 refund so far. Wow……

The oven is quiet and works efficiently However the cooking times seem to exceed what is expected (the oven seems slightly less hot than it should be) Also there is only one shelf in the main cavity, not 2 as on the website.

Be warned that though this is called a built under oven it is intended to be fitted into a cabinet under the worktop so does not come fitted with adjustable feet as I was expecting, so I had to make up a stand for it, hence I have only given 4 stars. That aside, the oven has now been installed for a couple of weeks and so far we are very pleased with it.
