Purchased this double oven in April 2021. On 13 Aug 2021 the right hand hinge bracket separated from the main oven door leaving my wife struggling to prevent the door crashing to the floor. Together we manage to reduce the weight by removing the inner glass sheet. On examination it appears that the arm with the hinge at the base was held in place by use of a silicone bonding agent. Is this a suitable method of attaching something which is subjected to heat? My engineering instinct says not! Contacted Belling customer "care" helpline who said they would contact us in 48 hrs. time to give the date that their engineer will attend. Not exactly desirable or speedy.

Excellent oven, though for the price I was surprised there was no handle for the grill pan. Apparently, people don't use them anymore!!

Great oven. Easy to use. Great having two ovens and a grill. Only issue is that there is no handle for the grill pan

The oven is super looking and I can work it fine BUT my wife eyesight is not very good and because of the TINY numbers around the dials, she cannot read them so I am now trying to get some STENCILS to form an outer ring of figures that she can read. I would suggest your designers come up with an updated version of the facia layout

Great double oven features. Great price compared to similar d/ovens. Easy to fit and already creating great food recipes. Looks good too. Bob R

Good overall. The only down side is the small top oven where the element is open and not glazed in. My last oven had that feature making the glass much easier to clean. I believe that this will be harder, though have not actually tried it yet.

This was bought to replace our old belling gas oven, and it hasn't let me down. Clear digital readout, solid handles and folds flat. Shelves slide out easily. 3 pin plug needs attaching for grill, easy to do.

Great product. Good sized oven space, energy efficient and cooks well
