The temperature knob is like a clock with no figures on where you guess the time by the position of the hands. This is similar. Guessing the temperature as there is only 150, 200 and 250 so anything between these is guesswork. Erring on the side of caution in instinctive but baking disasters have taught me I need to do the opposite. The oven is cool and I need to use 220 for 200 which is surprising as this is a fan oven which is usually 10 or 20 C less than a conventional oven. The top oven doubles up as a grill and it is difficult to gauge the correct position of the temp knob but trial and error should teach me. The instruction book lacks detail on how to use the grill.

Very pleased with this oven. Was easy to install, looks really good, cooks well, door handles etc seem nice and sturdy. Overall very happy with purchase.

Purchased this oven a week ago and so far no negatives. Cooks better than my single oven Bosch that it replaced. Looking forward to having both ovens to make Christmas dinner easier. Only one thing I found I had to get used to was the slow close doors as wasn’t used to them.

So much better than our last oven. So quick to preheat with a loud beep to let you know when the timer has finished. Easy to adjust the shelves to suit cooking requirements. The only downside is that the grill does not come with a handle - it seems most don't these days, which is shame.

Smart oven uses Zeus App via Bluetooth so you can control oven timer .. would be better if Wi-Fi as it can loose connection if you go too far out of Bluetooth range The oven is quiet and cooks well. Soft close doors. As stated on previous reviews the temperature markings go up in 50’s so if you want 180c you have to guestimate as to where it will be. So wouldn’t recommend for bakers who need accurate settings. I had AO delivery/Installation and Recycling services. On the day of delivery I was advised my oven hadn’t been put on the van so - redelivery organised for next working day. The delivery installation people were friendly, efficient and did a great job! They also took some old TV’s and ceramic hob as well as my old oven for recycling.

Broke down 1 year and 3 days. Belling wanted £118.80 to fix it - that is a whopping 26.5% of the purchase price to repair a barely 1 year old oven. Do yourself a favour, buy another brand.
