    Belling double oven

    5/5
Bought to replace my last belling which I had for 14 years. It seems to be just as great as my last one but with the added bonus of a bread proving function. Looks fantastic and is really easy to use. The soft close doors are fab and the grill pan is very large so excellent for families. It looks great but all the knobs and handles are good quality not cheap and flimsy, hoping this one lasts for 14 years.

    Great Product

    5/5
Our new Belling oven tick all of our boxes. Sleek lines, easy to use and clean and heats up quickly. We were a bit worried about the space inside both ovens but they are ample for our needs and having two ovens makes a big difference. Just have to remember the top oven isn't a fan oven for cooking times but apart from that a great product.

    Uninspiring and impractical!

    3/5
I’ve had a Belling oven for the past decade so it was a no brainier ordering a new one . However I have been majorly disappointed. Firstly the oven dials jump 50 degrees making it really hard to guess temperatures. So I’ve had a few burnt cakes and biscuits! The new oven seems to have a much smaller main oven which makes it harder for family cooking. Lastly it’s much harder to remove the internal glass to clean. Previously you simply pull the glass towards you to remove but now you have struggle removing the plastic top by decompressing buttons and it’s fiddly to put back . It’s a shame that my old 6 year old model seems more superior and little improvements have been made . Sadly I don’t think I’ll be buying Belling ! again !

    Nice looking oven

Fitted easily, relatively straightforward to use, although user manual very basic. Only negative is temperature control is not detailed, goes up in 50 degree increments. Needed to buy an oven thermometer for more accurate control.

    Caution

please do not think that this is a built under cooker as I did. it is a built in oven. The item does not come with feet to floor stand it I was misled and had to build a free-standing platform for the oven to stand on.otherwise it seems a good cooker.

Looks great and so far so good.

This is better then expected so very happy with it. Some confusion when using the grill as you have to use both left side controls at the same time which isn't in the instructions.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

    4/5
The Good AO - delivery updates for time, tracking etc. Delivery personnel The Oven - Does everything it says. Large main oven, considering it has to fit under the hob. Gets up to temperature quickly. The Bad The temperature control knob for the ovens are marked only for 150, 200, 250 deg. Would it have been too difficult to put marks in for the intermediate positions - i.e. 160, 170, 180 etc. You have to guess the setting for the temperatures used every day. I'm going to have to get an oven thermometer to check the temperature. The Bluetooth - what a waste of time and additional cost for no functionality. You can set the Clock time correctly (which you can do from the front panel). You can set the timer and it will notify your phone. But if you set the timer from the oven panel it doesn't notify your phone. So you have to stand in front of it with your phone to set the timer. No handle for the grill pan - I know all oven makers are doing this but why? It wasn't obvious to set the grill temperature, you use the oven temperature knob The Ugly It looks OK in the online photos, but looking at it from a normal height, its ugly.
