AOL online site is so easy to use and once my microwave was ordered they kept me up-to date on delivery, highly recommend AOL, have used them before and had the same good service.

This product was bought as a replacement and what a surprise this was. The programmes for defrosting, cooking and reheating are terrific and so easy to apply. The memory function is an additional bonus which I was not used to but use all the time now. The interior seems to dry itself out with only a quick wipe of the glass door. I am highly delighted with it and would recommend it to everyone.

I've bought this microwave to replaced a 10 year old model that went wrong.This equipament is faster to heat and more silent than the previous one despite is the same 900W. It also has a rotating dish and a bright white light (not the yellowish light of the old one). The outside black glass finish is very shinny but prone to fingertips. Nevertheless is very easy to clean having just a mechanical rotating knob to set up the time (all the other buttons are press sensitive and very easy to operate). The delivery was done on the schedulled day with no issues. The packaging is strong to overcome any possible damage during transport. It has 2 year warranty and once registered at MyBosch account, there is the option to extend it for a further 3 year for £79 (for a 5 year total guarantee for call outs and labour/parts). Overall very happy with the buy.

Microwave arrived on the requested day. Looks great, works as described and the end result is definitely good cooking. Smashing price too.

Feels a solid and quality bit of kit, with clean and simple lines on the black version. Easy to operate, Fitted into 382mm tall space. Plastic spacers are fiddly to fit and hold in place when inserting into the space so taped mine to body. Also fiddly to get drill into poistion for securing screws on left hand side, but not too bad. Quiet enough whn operating.

Having searched for a replacement built in microwave ,this is it . Fitted in cupboard really easy looks smart, touch controls easy ,a lot less noisy than previous model ( 35 yrsold) went for 25 litre for cooking which is must for me ,easy clean stainless interior ,just needs a wipe . Hoping for a long service.

Perfect and easy fit into the unit. Looks neat and tidy with the gloss finish to match the oven below. Easy to use instructions too.
