Had trouble with another company sending the same microwave, which reflected loads of emails backwards and forwards, resolving nothing . Ended up getting money back. Should have looked at ao.com first, ,ordered came within days fitted, working, brilliant service, highly recommended. Paul

Looks great. Not used yet as waiting for kitchen to be fitted.

Had to replace old Panasonic microwave for a built in one to match our new Bosch oven and we are delighted with this significant upgrade. Looks good and functions well and easy to use.

Looks great and blends in with our new kitchen. Simple to use. But could have the simple +30 sec heating option as basic microwaves have. It takes a few steps to start heating. Not a big issue but would make it even better and easier to use.
