Looks great in my kitchen. Replaces a Neff microwave (which I had for 22 years and then it caught fire - scary!) The instructions are just pictures so a little difficult to interpret. Very easy to use. Haven't tried to save any programmes to memory yet and I probably won't. Only really use it for heating up and melting chocolate.
