looks and works great, only down side was the VP flaps were missing when we opened the box. Managed to rescue the ones from the old appliance and works a treat.

We bought this to replace our old one, which stopped working. This one came with cable with wires exposed and no plug, also no filters included- and it does not say which ones exactly will fit, and ao don't sell them. I paid for the removal of the old one, i was at work but my builder was in so he told them to take it(otherwise they would have left it). I only bought it due to the shape, to avoid having to retile around it. The LED lights are much better than the old ones, but the fan is loud.

We replaced like for like with this cooker hood, our original one lasted us 20 years. Very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this sleek looking hood, suitable for any modern kitchen.

Excellent product and very simple to install and use. The LED light is excellent and very useful too. Great value for money!

A little disappointed with this purchase. As a product it is effective at extraction, which is good, however the noise, while not particularly loud, sounds bery rough. The instructions that come with it for fitting are possibly the worst I have ever encountered and ultimately impossible to follow as suggested. In the end to fit the two piece chimney I had to resort to duct tape as the screw holes were impossible to access. The AO service, as ever was great but sadly the product not so.

Nice product. Easy to install and looks amazing.
