Brought to replace previous Baumatic cooker hood which we were pleased with. We have not been dissapointed .

Product is ok and replaced our previous model more or less like for like. However there is a part missing and despite being promised a phone call back from AO this has not been resolved. Not the great service we’ve received from AO previously. Would welcome a call please.

Good looking cooker hood/extractor. Modern looking and does what it says, without drowning out conversations.

Haven’t used yet but looks great. Came really quickly and efficiently.

It's really good and performs well now it's in. The instructions were a bit curious as they had been translated from the Italian. But quite simple once I had got my head round them. They suggested attaching the glass canopy to the fan unit before lifting into position. I thought it was going to be a bit heavy so added the glass separately and it worked quite well. My low ceilings were a problem so had to reduce both chimney sections - did it with a set of tin snips.

Bought this to replace our old Baumatic chimney cooker hood which was 15+ years old and eventually gave up. This new model is an excellent improvement on the old one - lights are brighter and located better at the front of the hood, the extractor part seems more effective too.
