Delighted with product and service. Unit is quiet and was easy to install

So far so good! What I really love is that it’s clear if the temperature settings are set to high or low. No more googling to find out what 1 or 6 means again!! Shelving is very easy to configure to what works best for you. Freezer opens and closes easily and so far no issues with icing up or freezer burn.

Excellent fridge freezer, although shelve layout feels a little restrictive in places (namely door shelves)

We used to have the previous generation of this fridge and were quite satisfied with it. Decided to try the freezer with a fan this time. Even though it's the same dB noise level as the old one on paper, this one feels a touch louder (I consider myself very sensitive to sounds though). Door shelves felt harder to pull out to re-arrange (make sure you do it when the fridge is still warm inside, by the way). Like the "open door" sound feature, shame it's for the fridge door only. Swapping sides of door hinges was quite straightforward. Was recommended doing it when the fridge was still lying on the side, prior to installation. Like all the additional covers to hide holes. One thing: the metal frame at the bottom of the fridge was not smooth, so scratched the cupboard a bit under the fridge when sliding it in (can be avoided if you screw the two legs out a touch, but didn't work for my level) Overall, happy with the purchase and delivery experience.

Good overall. Door alarm goes off a bit too quickly but you can turn it off. Can’t complain so far so good

Works well and was nicely installed by the AO people ! Just want it to last as long as my previous fridge/freezer !

Decent fridge freezer - does the job! A bit noisy but nothing too bad (and we live all open plan so it would be an issue if it was too noisy!)
