Absolutely delighted with this product! I've had Dysons for many, many years since they first came out. Due to circumstance, I had to temporarily use a chargeable 'stick' vacuum (I apply that term loosely) - I literally spent more time unclogging the damn thing, and pulling hair out of the barrel than vacuuming as I have long hair and a Bengal cat (who sheds her silky coat like you wouldn't believe). Fantastically packaged, every bit re-cyclable, and with all Dysons, just click the bits together and off you go! And boy, does it go!! Astonished how much debris it picked up from what I thought were my already clean (and pretty new) carpets, it's just me and the cat, hardly any visitors, and I don't allow outdoor shoes inside the house. No long hairs or cat fur on the barrel!! Brilliant! Only thing to consider is, I wouldn't say it's particularly 'light-weight' if that is what you are looking for. It's not by any means heavy, but something to consider. I am so pleased I made the right decision to buy this, I consider it an investment if I'm honest. So, so, very pleased with it - def worth it. Easily assembled with excellent quality parts that perform a dream when being used. We have two older Dysons and bought this as a replacement. This one, after vacuuming with the old one, left the carpets looking new and picked up lots of dirt and tiny items the older vacuum missed. Simply superb.

Absolutely love it! Picks up so much! So much so that I didn’t even realise that I had that much dirt in the carpet!!!! Much better than the shark I had previously!! Highly recommend especially if you have pets!

I have always loved Dyson hoovers. This is my 3rd one. The suction on this model is awesome. I can't believe how much fine dust it is sucking out of my carpets. My reason for only 4 star are It actually sucks too hard...on smooth floors I struggle to actually push it!. Even on carpet I am finding it hard work.i love the anti hair wrap. My son and I have long hair and it's always wrapped around the brush head before. I also sew and the cotton didn't wrap either! I have a long haired cat and this hoover gets every bit first pass. I love the small head attachment too. It's great on stairs and chairs where my cat sleeps.the hose is just long enough to do my stairs without unplugging and moving too. Also I love that you carry the attachments with you but the one that clips on the top keeps popping off. Just a bit annoying. Could be I am not fitting it correctly though Once I get used to this I am sure the little issues will be less of a problem.

Have used a cordless Dyson for 3 years. This has so much more suction power!
