I am really happy with this tumble dryer. Hadn't got a clue which type to have but plumped for the heat pump. I'll wait for the first few months of energy bills to comment on the cost effectiveness. The one bugbear is having to empty the water and clean the filter regularly but it only takes a few minutes to do. So far everything going well.

Very happy with this dryer and wished we had bought it years ago!! Easy to install - simple to use and timer option means we can run it overnight on cheaper electric although it doesn't use much even during the day. Condensing tray and fluff collector are simple to empty - would recommend this dryer.

Very happy with this product's performance as a first time owner of a heat pump dryer. Meets the needs of a family of 5 very well and is proving cost effective to use compared to the condenser tumble dryer it replaced. The delivery drivers were polite and very helpful with the delivery and taking away of the packaging and old dryer. Drys well, easy to install and use. Haven’t had it long enough to comment on the energy saving but so far so good. Delivery team were amazing!

I purchased the Heat Pump Tumble Dryer when our Bosch dryer we had owned for many years. It had worked reasonably well but had problems and then failed to work. We had a number of Beko fridges and freezers and these were all good. We read from Which that the Beko dryer was excellent. AO did an excellent job on ordering and installing the dryer. It has been excellent and works very well and we are very happy with it. Its specification is better than the Bosch and it was purchased at a very competitive price. I highly recommended it.
