    Our First Heat Pump Dryer

    4/5
Drying lots of mixed underwear we found 1 pair of under pants would not dry although everything else was perfect even, items the same as the damp one! Strange. But very pleased with the build quality and performance, except on 1 pair of underpants. Manual could be clearer in some areas. Large door opening and interior light, lots of programmes.all good plus points. If it proves to be economical and reliable I would recommend this machine.

    Well worth the extra

We had a Beko condenser for four years which finally gave up. I decided to opt for a heat pump version to save on energy. So far, it's very good. Very quiet and doesn't belt out masses of heat as the old version. We like the see-through door and internal light. It takes a little longer but the clothes hardly need any ironing.

Great product with easy to use features

    5/5
Had the dryer for just under 3 weeks. Used it maybe 10 times already due to a toddler playing with food so a lot of washing and a lot of drying. Don't own a dehumidifier. It's too cold outside. This has been very useful. Mainly use two programmes. The cotton (3h long) and mix (1h55m). Mix usually gets the clothes dry. In the utility it's 16 degrees so i guess the warmth helps the process. Possible to connect to main drainage, but really don't see the point when the water tank can be emptied and replaced in 1 minute. Comes out like the washing machine drawer. Empty it into the sink. Replace. Quick and easy. Needs emptying after every cycle as it gets 80-90% full. Wouldn't say it's very loud. Similar to a washing machine. Sounds like zippers are always banging/scratching against the door. Also possible to change the doors to be opened from the other side. Instructions are in the box. Seems straight forward, but didn't need to change for my self. Filter is easy enough to clean. After every use just take the 2 filters out, use the brush, blow the dust off, that's it. This is my first ever clothes dryer of any sort so can't compare, but this one definitely does the job and i'm very happy with it. Would recommend.
