    Surprisingly it matches the hype.

Seems to mostly do what they claim. Only once have I needed to return slightly damp clothes back into the dryer and run it for a bit longer.

This product is wonderful and cheap to run and we are amazed with the programmes on offer to dry your clothes x A great help to our busy lives

Excellent product, particularly pleased with the drum light which is a novelty and allows to see inside for errant socks. The intelligent drying feature is a little temperamental but this seems to occur when there is a very small load such that the machine cannot readily detect humidity of the clothes with any accuracy. Overall recommended and energy consumption in particular is low compared to other technologies.

    Mostly happy

Great capacity but rather slow, more as a result of the type. Attractive to look at and medium noise

Much better than my older model

    5/5
Great looking product and very quiet compared to my old condenser dryer. I was worried after reading some reviews that the drying times will be greatly extended but they are similar to my old dryer, that and the fact it doesn't waste all the heat it uses to dry the laundry is a win for me, not sure about the energy use yet.

    Good dryer

Not had this long but have tried several different settings all with good results. The bedding setting was great and dried evenly, and it didn’t bunch together which was good. Towels dried well even on the lower drying option. The only one that I wasn’t overly impressed with was the quick one, I put my little nephews clothes in for a quick dry after he’d been playing with water in the garden, but they came out quite damp. Other than that though I’m pleased so far.

    Inefficient?

    3/5
Whilst I am aware that this tumble dryer is supposed to be more economical than my previous dryer, it does take three times as long on any recommend setting and then as the clothes are often still damp, requires a further drying length of time before clothes are completely dry. My previous dryer would dry anything if set on high for 40 minutes. This Beko model is taking up to 210 minutes to dry the equivalent load. Is it really over 5 times as efficient? I very much doubt that!

    Largely impressed overall

Very well-built and does the job very well and efficiently: refrigerant system is a bit noisy but not boethersome for me as the dryer is located in the utility cupboard. I find the normal 'cupboard dry' setting works best for most things, but there's the 'cupboard dry plus' and 'extra dry' options for thicker fabrics. Clothes and towels are coming out evenly dried and with little creasing. I do wish there was more of a reverse tumble action, especially on the 'bedding' cycle: it rotates clockwise for several minutes, then stops and gently rolls anti-clockwise for about 5 seconds before resuming the other way which risks tangling large items or rolling them into a ball. Having said that I'm largely impressed overall- the dryer's not too expensive, it's efficient to run, dries well and feature-packed to boot. The steam option certainly saves on the need to iron, and the drum light has been useful given that the dryer is in the cupboard which does not have its own lighting to see what you're doing clearly.
