A good working oven with reliable temperature perfect for a number of household cooking jobs... More than suitable for a family of 4-6 . Simple to install as long as you have a matching space.The cooking settings and functions are well varied and easy to use as well as being well explained. The fan works well at both settings,even my daughter understood it from the time we got it.For price it’s good without having to pay top end prices.. I won’t say it’s cheap and good but rather slightly better than the price is worth.

Our old (18 year old) Neff oven had backed up, so we went on the AO website and ordered a new one. Ordering was simple and the oven was delivered a few days later. Great oven and service.

Chose a Neff to replace an existing Neff appliance (about 15 years old). So far it has lived up to expectations, and really pleased with the rapid pre-heating program. Alarm sound could have been louder and longer, but overall the cooker works extremely well.

Great service as always from ao.com but after unwrapping and installing we have noticed one of the control knobs is slightly out of alignment so gets stuck now and then. Will try to sort that out but in general great value for money.
