Not great - ordered this oven as the one I wanted was out of stock for weeks & despite costing more it actually looked quite cheap when it arrived. After a couple of weeks as other reviews have said it was starting to get difficult to keep the hob looking nice (was easily scratched) and two weeks to the day as I was putting something into the main oven, the door came right off in my hand! The pins to hold the door on were tiny and did t look anything up to the job. Really disappointed in it. AO did deal with it promptly and whilst speaking to Amica on a conference call stepped in when I said I wanted it exchanged for a different brand oven as it didn’t seem very good quality at all. I have exchanged for a HOTPOINT, although need to wait 3wks for delivery with connection. Not a great oven at all in my opinion, fingers crossed the HOTPOINT one is better quality

Product was delivered and installed, customer service excellent . Excellent value for money and very happy I chose AO for my appliance . Cooker fits perfectly with my kitchen and works perfectly, easy to clean , easy to use , very happy customer and have chosen another product from AO because of the fantastic way everything went from first contact to installation. After the old cooker broke we needed a replacement quickly, Amica are a strong reliable make and we have other products by them in our house. This cooker is easy to use, looks good with 2 large ovens. It doesn't have a timer but with hob heat indicators and internal lights ticks most boxes. At an all over A efficiency rating its also up there with more common makes. Great unit and even better at such a low price

This is a very good cooker, it works very well, easy to clean and maintain. The controls are easy to use. This appliance is very good value for money.
