Excellent cooker does what it says on the advert.

Halogen top scratched badly after first use rings can only go to 3 setting and only one oven shelf and no grill pan with shelf or handle. tried to contact someone but no reply so will have to make a claim but everything else was brilliant

The cooker looks very nice especially with my black/silver kitchen products colour scheme. I should have taken note that the main oven is right down on the floor -not good for the elderly or disabled -my fault. Oven door quite hard to open. Don't like the lack of a grill pan with handle -just two metal shelves to serve oven and grill and a large baking sheet which doesn't seem to fit quite straight and evenly. After less than a week of using the cooker despite following cleaning advice to the letter the ceramic hob has become scratched in places. I have only used warm soapy water and soft dishcloth. Is not going to look as smart as when it came in a very short time. Disappointing.

Lovely cooker, easy to clean, only problem I have found, is that the grill takes ages, took 20 mons to do toast which was only warm and pale
