I ordered a different laptop but when it arrived I realised it wasn't a Chromebook so had to send it back to exchange it. The customer service was great and they collected the wrong one and delivered the new one within a few days at a time that suited me. This Chromebook laptop is great for the price and does everything I need! The only thing I would say is that the reason I didn't order this one in the first place was because the specification said it didn't have a numerical keypad but when it arrived it does have one. If the specification had been correct I would have ordered this one straight away and avoided any hassle of ordering the wrong product and having to exchange it.

So far so good. Easy set up. A year Microsoft 365 subscription IS included (so I didn’t need to buy a separate one…)
