Really nice Chromebook for home office use. Great price [price matched] and good to go straight out of the box. However, there seems to be an assumption from lenovo that the purchaser will have some knowledge as this came without a single piece of instruction or written info of any kind.

Easy from start to finish. Easy to order, delivery was on time and then I got a lovely phone call offering me computer insurance which covered the laptop for absolutely everything from breakages to software support. Can not fault ao will be coming back in future definitely.

Works well straight out of the box. Using for internet and mail. No issues. Took a while for this silver surfer to work out that right click is two finger press.
