Great product for the price!

The TV itself is great, sometimes loses connection to the WiFi which can be a little annoying but can be remedied by just going into the network settings. Other than that no complaints.

TV was delivered on time. The delivery people brought tv in the lounge and unpacked it and took photos to show no damage. Bought the TV seeing lots of 5 star reviews in ao website. However the picture quality is disappointing. I have been able to tweak it a bit using settings but it is not a match to Samsung/LG sets.Sound quality is decent. Dont expect brightness levels as other high end tvs.

Excellent quality tv for the size and price,was bit dubious about QLED, but picture is a brilliant as samsung tvs. Would recomend to any one.Brilliant delivery drivers,AO s own delivery drivers.10-10 for them both. Took to room i wanted it in and took the plastic straps off and checked tv screen and took straps away.

Always bought Samsung TV's in the past but this TV has changed my opinion the picture quality is outstanding,better than me Samsung tv. Surprised how great the picture is. Bargain at the price i paid for it. Ao delivery drivers where excellent and very helpfull and courtious,which is more than i can say for DPD.
