No problems downloading. I would have preferred a one off payment but this seems to provide updates over the year. That will need to be reviewed with experience.

It does the job, bit annoying that windows automatically updates without giving the option to defer until later

Absolutely delighted with my new surfacebook. So easy to set up and use with voice control. Great security features as well such as the facial recognition to unlock the laptop Really sleek cool design. I like the fact the keyboard lights up as well making it easier to use in the dark. My only fault is that the charger isnt very secure, if you stretch the cable the charger just pops out Overall reall impressed and would certainly recommend to anyone.

I was kept informed all the way through the laptop arrived earlier than expected and was given plenty of notice, the laptop is great I bought it for my photography and it's perfect nice clear screen great for editing

Cant fault the laptop small light stylish. Fast i5 7th gen proccesor. Boots up fast the ssd is great. Very snappy machine higly reccomend.
