Excellent service and easy to set up brilliant picture

Never heard of tcl or android tv before purchasing this 40" model. Excellent service from ao, as expected. The picture quality is brilliant and a easily understood menu but could be better, the menu, not the picture quality. All round great tv.cheers

Great TV, I have this wall mounted which was very simple and TV setup itself was also very easy.

I like the tv but it took me some time to set up. But that might be something to do with my age lol

Absolutely love my tv and it was definitely worth the money. I love this company they go above and beyond to help you and the service and keeping in touch with you is 100%. I would recommend anyone to buy their products.

DO NOT BUY - BBC iPlayer is not compatible with this model. Obviously AO doesn’t specify this - even though one would assume a smart tv from a top manufacturer would have this in 2024. Also the TV is super sluggish. AO only offering me refund of 50% only because I’ve had it for a month (took me a while to realise as this TV is for guest bedroom). Not impressed with AO. They should not be selling a TV that doesn’t support iPlayer to UK consumers.

After having a small screen for years... this tv is amazing! A great product & easy to use. Highly recommend this TV. We are enjoying ours! Thank you AO
