Literally the best invention ever made! Vaccums and cleans in 1! If like me, once you've hoovered or swept you can't be bothered to get the mop out, just get one of these. So quick and easy to use. What used to be a total chore, now is a quick whizz around and my floors are crumb free and clean! I will say if you want floor to dry quicker, just go over it without holding the trigger and by the time you've finished,it'll already be dry. Used on laminate and tiled flooring. Honestly if you've been debating whether to get one, do it. Worth the purchase.

Brilliant machine! I wish I hadn't waited so long to order, not having to hoover then get the mop bucket out and keep dipping the mop into soon dirty water before waiting ages for the floor to clean is such a time saver and the finish on the floors is really noticeable. I've used it on laminate, vinyl and carpet and it works fab on all. Seeing the colour of the dirty water at the end is so satisfying knowing that's no longer on my floors! Added perk for me is how easy it is to clean, I have a small bissell machine that doesn't really come apart for cleaning but this one takes two mins to rinse out thoroughly so it's not off-putting having to get it out knowing it's a quick job. Also it comes with a stand so it can drip dry, which is a good touch.

For what I needed, it is brilliant. We have a lot of hard flooring in our house and with dogs the floors quite often get messy but I can keep it under control with the Crosswave. The machine is very light but that’s because it’s pretty much all ‘plastic’. It is very easy to use and really does the job well, vacuuming and washing at the same time. Be warned though, it doesn’t go right up to the edges so you’ll need to go round the edges yourself with a damp cloth or something. All in all though, I am really pleased with it.

Cleans very well. Easy to move around. Simple to remove the filters and roller to clean and reassemble. If it cleaned to the very edge I'd give it another star.

It's great product and it's only downside is it doesn't have different heads.

Wish I'd had this cleaner years ago! Does exactly as advertised. We have had LVT installed and cannot allow water to remain on the floor, so getting it dry as soon as it's wet is wonderful. Had the little grandchildren over and in spite of food being dropped on the floor, it was hoovered, washed and dried in no time and back to the pristine finish I love before they arrived. Only con is that cleaning the roller afterwards is a bit of a bind.

This is my second machine, the first died after I put the wrong solution in the tank. My stupid fault. It cleans my matte tiles and laminate flooring pretty well. If you have gloss tiles it would be ideal but wth matte you have to give it manual clean first. Judging by the dirty water in the tank after cleaning it does remove a lot of dirt. Same with carpets. Lots of dirty water to show for your efforts. The controls are straight forward and cleaning after use is easy. 1 star deducted because it doesn't clean right to the edge. Overall a very well designed cleaner that also has a 2 year guarantee.

I’d read reviews before buying so knew this was a good product but regardless, I’m blown away with it. I have a Labrador/German Shepherd who sheds like crazy and even high end vacuums struggled to remove the ingrained fur from carpets/rugs. Mopping floors was also a nightmare because the fur that hadn’t been fully caught by the vacuum, got smeared across the floor by the mop. This has a very strong suction and removes the fur from carpets without any effort and mopping up is a breeze as it vacuums whilst it mops. Cleaning it is quick but not pleasant (think lots of fur mixed with dirt and cleaning solution), that along with the noise levels are probably the only downside. Other than that, I would highly recommend particularly if you have pets.
