Nice laptop, does everything it says. Quick to set up and use. Keyboard takes some getting used too. Numerical keypad slightly squashed and 0 is in a funny position. Doesn’t feel the best quality compared to my old HP but seems fine and a lot cheaper.

This isn't a cheap laptop. On paper, it has some good specs. However, in practice, it feels extremely cheap. The keyboard is very cheap feeling. The lettering and numbers are very hard to see even in the daytime if the room isn't very well-lit. The white letters aren't white they're more of a greyish off-white colour. Bad idea. Also, the whole laptop just feels poorly put together. Wrickety even. However, the screen has great viewing angles and you're hard-pushed to get an angle where the screen just becomes unusable. Well done there. It struggles with 4K video playback. It stutters noticeably, not good. And if you have more than just a couple of programs running alongside a couple of browser tabs at the same time it simply locks up and you're only option is to restart. Very bad!! This laptop has a huge downside. IT HAS A BUILT-IN BATTERY!!!!!! Every laptop I have ever owned without exception and regardless of price has had an interchangeable battery and for good reason. The battery is the first thing to go. They always are. The only reason this laptop didn't get 1 star is because the screen is very good. I would buy this if it was for work, you didn't need a lot of multi-tasking power and was a lot cheaper. And I mean £300 rather than the £474 I paid. I would never buy this as a gift for someone special as they will be very disappointed the moment they handle it. Rubbish materials and build quality at this price are inexcusable.

Looks good and runs fast, sound quality is rather poor however.

Got help about the product before purchasing. Really helpful advice and super happy with the laptop which was purchased for work. Great size, look and feel. Nice keyboard and great touch sensitivity.
