Excellent product and easy to use

So far so good. Washed and dries clothes just as described. Hopefully it’ll last as long with my last Bosch washer. 15 years and never a hiccup until recently when the motor went suddenly.

easy to install, super quiet. Tumbled clothes are still soft and have moisture for ironing if needed.

Great washer/dryer. Purchased after our previous model (one range down) gave up after 7 years. I love that this one has a 15-min wash, although it could do with a better spin on that cycle, and the ‘cupboard’ drying function is great. No more guessing how long to set it for.

We purchased this make and model after some research into a new integrated washer dryer. There are cheaper models available but the quality and longevity of Bosch were frequent comments in the reviews and salespersons to whom we spoke. This model suited our requirements for us as a couple and had a host of tailored features for wash options. Having had it for a couple of weeks, we are impressed by the quietness of operation and the ‘dryness’ of the clothes after washing. We have used various wash options and all have produced very good results so far. This is not a cheap machine but in terms of value for money, if it continues to perform as it has started and for the length of time it should do, it will be prove to be an excellent buy.

Three years ago I bought an AEG as I thought the Bosch was a little too expensive at the time. False economy. The AEG stopped drying, was deemed to be uneconomical to repair, and now I have the Bosch, I wish I’d just bought that in the first place. You pay for a quality piece of kit, and that’s precisely what you get. This unit is superb, as is the buying experience from Ao. Always.
