The product is really great ! I call it my computerised washer dryer !

Customer services were second to none and the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Thanks AO. The product itself works very well and I’m impressed with the Hisense brand, one I’ve never tried out before.

Washes well but loads take a couple of hours+ as with most modern machines. Still getting to grips with the auto dosing and I am not sure if I agree with how much it is dispensing but I will continue to monitor. Also put drier function on for 30 mins and it turned off after 15 so still getting to grips with all the functions. Main thing is washing comes out clean and machine looks good.

Initially I thought this was a great deal - until it turned up and failed to work. Ongoing still I got stuck with awful Hisense 'customer service' who just blamed AO for the install (which was a simple like for like connection). The machine does not complete a cycle and seems to get stuck at drain even though there is no blockage,kink or otherwise - stuck now with water inside. Looks good, shame it doesnt work.. After a whole week of Hisense asking me for multiple photos, then, different photos they refered me back to AO - frustrated and disappointed is an understatement. I would do a zero stars if I could - AO at the moment are dealing so this is a +ve for them so far but it is still not resolved yet. Beware!

An absolute god send! Very quiet when running even in high rpm program. Topped up the tray with conditioner and detergent last week, have been using every day since and it auto doses the loads perfectly. Straight away have saved £10/15 on washing detergents. The drier function is excellent - saving money compared to having washing machine and drier running separately before. Very pleased
