good but takes a lot time to dry

Your clothes get dried up however it takes more time just to dry your clothes than a tumble dryer takes.
Overall its a good washing machine with less noise to run.
Looks can be deceiving!

The item was broken the first time we put it on, then an engineer was sent out who said he didn't have the part to fix it.
It was my birthday when it arrived and now my washing is piling up and im severely disabled so all the excitement I had is well and truly gone. I don't know how long its going to take to fix a brand new one but they are trying, though im very disappointed that I wasn't offered a replacement.

Really good machine and great service. Only thing is it leaves a little pool of water in the rubber of the door, but it’s easily absorbed with the wipe of a cloth.
