Very nice quality build, heats up very quickly and evenly. The bagel function and keep warm function are very handy. The external surface does not get hot, so no injuries. Simple to keep clean with the crumb tray being easy to remove. Classic design goes in most kitchens and compact enough to fit in a small kitchen

It looks good, it makes toast! So far can't fault it, yes it's pricey so I'm hoping for many years of toasting to compensate.
