AO failed hob removal

Hob excellent. But AO completely failed twice to install it just because the installer of the old hob had stuck the old hob down. AO claimed this made it impossible to remove. I found a local man who just got on and removed the old hob and fixed the new. AO installers deeply unimpressive.

Looks good . Heats the saucepans quickly . The controls are smaller than our previous hob and this makes them slightly more difficult to use .

Very stylish and easy to use. The difference in the speed of heating compared to my old ceramic hob is amazing. I feel more confident in this hob being safer to use when my grandchildren are visiting as it doesnt stay hot once you take the pan off.
The only downside was altering the opening from my previous hob, lots of sawdust to clear away.
