Arrived early, friendly, tidy - very happy

The guys who came to install were super helpful, took away the old appliance, supplied a new plug and made the electricity area safe. They were really tidy, cleared away all the bits after the install and took less than 30 minutes to arrive, install, fit and depart. Nice and friendly too. Will definitely use AO in future who were also cheaper in delivery and clean-up.

An excellent integrated oven that is, so far, exceeding my expectations. The Slide & Hide door is a great innovation. The control buttons click out for use, and then back in afterwards, which also makes the oven appear sleeker within the kitchen environment.

Easy to keep clean too.

I replaced a 12-year-old Neff induction hob that had been great, so I chose Neff again, thinking I was doing a like-for-like replacement. But this new one makes noise when it is heating up. I don't know if they think it is a safety feature? But I prefer my old, completely silent one!!
