Wonderful product, we bought this because we host various events for friends and family and constantly boiling kettles to make tea and coffee is such a chore. This urn warms up really quickly and produces hot water ready to make tea etc and. Keeps the water at the correct temperature to continue to provide refills for as long as necessary. Wouldn’t be without it.

Very light weight urn, but small and mighty ! This is a good low wattage ( 1600 watts ) to be used on a generator for field trips. It will boil cold water to the max point on full power in 45 mins which sounds a long time, till you remember its 8L in size ! For the price we paid ( 40 pounds, 3 days later they reduced it to 35 ! ) its just what we were after!

I bought this as I go to a coffee morning for the elderly. We needed a new one as the one we had was too big. It is an ideal size and is very efficient and also looks good, and heats up in a adequate time.
