I do like the soft close door, & no problems so far, I would have given five stars, but the internal light, which is an LED, is not very bright, in fact, at first, it looked like there was no illumination at all ! Very difficult to see inside, which is a shame, because, apart the light, it’s well made.

This microwave although expensive is excellent so as the saying goes you get what you pay for ! It is pure quality

This is a great microwave: perfect size for a family (fits a large dinner plate easily), really stylish and sleek, and has a good amount of settings.

It's a nice simple microwave - compact which is just what I was looking for. I have a number of Sage kitchen products already, so had faith in the brand. I'm sure that it has plenty of functionality I have yet to explore, but the biggest win so far is the soft close door. Gone forever is the light metallic/plastic banging of a microwave door being shut.

Looks snazzy, and soft close feature is a revelation
