Very nice machine, lots of options but easy to use also. Clothes thoroughly clean and dry - love the kg estimates that adjusts the dry times on a load. A little more expensive to run than our old machine, but definately worth it

Excellent quiet rapid and efficient

I’m very happy with this product. I like the app feature and the delayed start feature. The tumble dryer dries my clothes very well and has little to no creases. It’s relatively quiet and simple to use. It has a child lock feature which is useful for us. It has a very long wash and dry setting about 8 hours but this seems to be pretty standard with most. If you do a wash cycle and then a separate tumble dry it takes less time, more like 5 hrs.

Leaked the first time we used the washing machine. Candy engineer came out, couldn't find a fault. Used it again, leaked again then used the dryer and it stank of burning plastic and made the clothes smell. Contacted AO, they said they can't return it as Candy said not faulty. Then read online these washer dryers caused over 100 house fires in London in 2009-2019 and are being sued by a class action suit. Avoid like the plague.

So far the washes are great, a good variation of washing settings but the dryer takes very long even on hot air to dry the clothes. A 3-4 hr long cycle just seems too much energy to use. But I’ll mostly use the washer and use the dryer for towels Only. It’s a smart looking machine with a large drum but normal size in total!

So far I’m impressed. I like the look of the large door. My clothes are clean and dry and the app makes it simply to use.
