Spacious fridge and freezer. Items missing from the freezer - no shelves as advertised which were a really useful feature - stops your ice cubes disappearing into the depths of freezer drawer amongst other things! This was a useful feature on the previous one I had. Hisense claims they don't have these as 'spare parts' and manual was 'generic' Very unhappy with their customer service - will not be buying anything of theirs again!

Overall great product plenty of space keeps things really cold and vegetables seems to be a lot fresher would definitely recommend its just like a small version of an American fridge freezer

Delivery and customer service was great. Only issue had was fridge had dent on front and had to get replacment. However replacment fridge seemed to not have the same black glossy shine to it as the first one but it is black. That and the inconvenience of staying in yet another day for the new fridge otherwise the service and delivery was great.

So much space! Ummed and ahhhed between this and a more expensive fridge with the same look and feel and glad I went for this option as not sure I would have noticed the difference. Good value product and loads of space.
