This product was exactly as described and was well packed and delivered in the window
Well done AO first class
Good BUT

Previous version lasted 11 years so replaced with is fitting EXACTLY in previous hole in work top. New control panel a bit more difficult on first use but getting better. BUT beware: Bosch site says no longer available so if you need to replace yours without the expense of a new worktop, do it quick - unless Bosch are going to replace with a different one of same size?? I wonder.
Replacement hob

My hob of 10 years broke so I replaced it for the same Bosch PKN811D17E. It was delivered swiftly by AO.com. Everything about the hob is the same apart from the control panel which now needs the user to select which pan to either reduce or increase the heat. The previous one enabled you to have 4 pans on the hob and you just pressed the - or + to operate the heat. They have also re-arranged the style which is inferior to the previous model - instead of being in a row at the bottom of the hob it is now in a square design which I find awkward to operate. I am sure I will get used to this new design I just cannot see the point in changing a design to one which is inferior.
Replacement hob

We had a very similar (older version) of this in the past. We have always been happy with how easy it is to operate and the new product seems to be much more responsive in getting the plates hot.
Excellent Hob

We bought this to replace a Neff Hob, it was important to get exact same size as going into a stone worktop. it works really well with nine heat setting, and is very easy to keep clean. we are delighted.
