I was looking for a Windows 11 laptop to replace my old (incompatible) Windows 10 machine. Saw this reviewed on Which? and it met my needs (I'm not a gamer or photoeditor/multi-tasker. I was pleasantly surprised that it performs better than its' review....crisp, clear screen, solid chassis, comfortable keypad.... I purchased from ao due to my past experiences of excellent customer service and have not been disappointed. On a limited budget I would find it difficult to find a better laptop
