Smart looking machine, instructions were easy to follow , clear and informative as I am a pensioner and not exceptionally tech savvy! Would have preferred an A rated machine but the size, type and make I wanted was not available at the time in this particular rating. So far very pleased with it's performance.

Wash is good, but programmes a bit restricted and no drying only option

I had a hotpoint engineer out twice for this product in the first 2 months of owning. The drier function just wouldn’t stop. Finally resolved by putting in a new mother board. It’s also the loudest wachine machine I’ve ever owned (and yes, it’s installed properly).

Really pleased with my washer/dryer it has an economy setting as well as washing/drying on the one cycle for all kinds of materials. Definitely recommend it.

The machine is good, and works well. However, it takes quite a while to learn how to make it do what you want it to do - e.g. to tumble-dry without washing first, or to wash without tumble-drying. Certain programmes won't do one or the other! A reasonably legible instruction booklet would have been useful, as would a separate page (or even laminated card) listing the programmes in detail. Oh, and a chart to show what the different icons on the display represent. But eventually you get the hang of it.

The washer dryer works very well, washes well and dries clothes. It does take a while to do a whole cycle so you have to be patient.
