Been using for about a month now. Fine machine, replaces an ancient Hotpoint Ultima machine. Some of the cycles are long, no two ways about that, and no idea why. Doesnt seem to do more than the older Hotpoint it replaced. There are ways to shorten them a bit but not by much. Point i also learned with the old machine is not to run a dry cycle immediately after a wash, towels came out like they'd been picked off a teenagers bedroom floor. But, if you let the wash finish, fluff them, then dry them its actually quicker doing these two separate cycles than one combined one. Other than that, its not too noisy and once you get the hang of the controls its not too tricky to use. Think I'll only be using one or two of the programmes anyway. An option to programme favourites (e.g. spin spped, temp, etc could be good). Solid 4/5 though.

Perfect! Finally found a quiet washing/dryer with easy options for all washes. The quick wash is very thorough. Drying is a breeze. Highly recommended!

The washer/dryer is great. However, the times on the Wash Cycle Table are a work of fiction. What it doesn't tell the user is that to obtain the times in the table you have to ignore the "tick" in the "Drying" column, and be aware that these times are for the wash cycle only, in all but three of the programmes. If you select "Drying" as well. The time to complete the programme will be in some cases, considerable longer. I wish I had known this before I bought the machine.
