My wife is housebound with PTSD and her iPad is her lifeline. When here old one broke we were worried how this would impact her mental health. But once again AO saved they day with this fantastic new iPad. Fast delivery and the fantastic customer service. The item itself is light, easy to use and the image quality on the screen is amazing. Battery capacity is much better than the older iPads and the audio quality is also much improved. We couldn’t be happier!!

The iPad Mini is, overall a very nice product! I mainly use it to take notes in university lectures and it is great for that! In my spare time I use it for content consumption and to draw with. The display is nice and the camera is okay for what I need. This is my first Apple tablet that I have bought and I am impressed.

The Generation 6 iPad Mini is much faster and the screen much sharper than our older model. The only downside was having to purchase a new case to accommodate the changed button positions. Otherwise highly recommended. The product is well known and we were only upgrading to a newer model so I would prefer to comment on the service provided by AO.com. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering system is not complicated. The service was excellent. The iPad arrived to schedule and was in perfect condition. We have used AO before and we can thoroughly recommend them.
