Really happy with this machine, invested with the aim of not having to buy another for a long time. Only issue is that the touch buttons are very sensitive so we have to put the child lock on so we don't accidentally stop an in progress wash. Wouldn't be an issue if it were in a separate room

It is a nicely presented machine, looks to be built from quality components. The only very odd looking piece is the sound suppressing pads that have to be glued to the underside of the machine. Very quiet, even on 1400rpm spin. One negative that i have discovered, the estimated time remaining is absolutely off. As far as I can see only experience can tell when a program is finished, but based on this, obviously the delay timer is kinda useless. It's near impossible to know when a programme will finish. Also the users manual could give away more clues about what each programme does, at what temperature and roughly how long. I haven't yet tried the app + remote control yet.

Wonderfully quiet. Simple to operate.

The washer+dryer is quiet, sleek and efficient - what's not to love! The AO installation team were fantastic and helped me understand how the machine worked. I'm sure I'll enjoy this washer+drier for years to come!

We only received our machine last week but so far we're really happy with it. It is much quieter than expected, and the washing and drying functions are easy to use.

We are enjoying using the washer dryer. We all have busy schedules and we have a product that assists us in time management. It is a great product, and buying it from AO was very easy. We are learning a lot as we use the washer, and that is keeping us happy.
