So far so good. The machine works well. Like everything new I am getting used to the functions but no disappointments so far. I used the dryer function yesterday and it was very gentle on my towels, leaving them dry and fluffy. Easy to get used to and some quick cycles which is a bonus currently.

Looks good but is expensive for what you get. The smart features are very basic and it sometimes leaves you wishing there were some dumb features too! The machine uses a "smart" system to weigh your clothes and decide how long to wash them and what temperature to dry them at but if you start the wash then stop it, after the clothes are wet they weigh more and will take a lot longer to wash. In this case a manual setting would be beneficial. I also found the manual functions lacking when drying and would prefer to set a temperature and a time rather than blindly relying on the machine to get it right. I've had both fried, shrunk clothes and damp clothes because it can't get the balance right.

This LG machine is very easy to use, loads of programmes and a quick wash under 20 mins, which is always great. It also drys really well which is what we hoped for after our last machine was hopeless. Stylish, great quality and extremely quiet provided you get it level!

So happy with how well this machine performs and how quiet it is. We bought a middle of the road direct drive washer/dryer after reading the reviews, but this machine by far exceeds our expectations. Highly recommend this machine.
