    This is the 2nd time I've purchased this dryer, other was for a friend. Absolutely impressive, clothes actually dry in 1.5 hours, unlike other condenser or heat pump dryers. Plenty of cycles to choose, drum light is nice touch, plumbing was a doddle, no condenser to clean just the lint filters.

    Didn't realise how useless my old one had become until this replaced it !! Very quiet don't even realise it's running and I haven't needed the full length of the programs that I have selected so seems to be more efficient than I thought it was going to be

    Easy to use and install however didn’t install optional pipe as chose heated airer dryer as could plug into wall just have to periodically empty tray.

    Absolutely love this tumbler drier even the vent to collect fluff is so easy to remove compared to my other driers. The fact it’s connected to wifi you can just look at your app to tell you how long the cycle has got to go or if there is a fault you bring your mobile to it and it will tell you what’s wrong and the fact the machine switches itself off after it is finished I think is a win win would highly recommend this drier to anyone

    Stopped working after 2 months!

    AO are fine and helpful. This iteam was delivered on 11th Nov 23 & unfortunately has completely stopped working! LG didn’t believe me and asked for video footage so I sent that over then they tried to say it shouldn’t be plugged into an extension cable!!! I’ve checked the plug fuse and plugged it into the main but still won’t work. I’m still waiting for a call back to get an engineer booked in!!! Customer service are not very helpful or thorough.
