Siemens IQ-700 EX975LVV1E Built In Induction Hob - Black

This Siemens induction is a replacement for another older siemens induction hob that got accidentlt damaged. This has got a lot better functionality and heats up super quick. Really safe for kids and our 10 year old can cook packet noodles or pasta with a lot less worry about burning herself. The new frying function is great and beeps when the pan is up to temperature. Induction hobs are the way to go and when you have finished cooking you wipe it down with window spray and a cloth and clean within seconds. Don't miss gas at all.

This is my second Siemens induction hob and has exceeded my expectations. Induction cooking is quicker, more controllable and more accurate than gas. Given the choice I would not go back to gas. The Siemens hob is a sleek, beautiful affair and very space age in terms the controls. The flexible zones allow you to pretty much put and anywhere. The frying sensor cooking on this mow is a new feature for me and stops you over heating frying pans - very clever. A joy to cook on. The Wi-fi feature is very much a gimmick and has limitations - you cannot control the hob remotely does safety reasons. If you use the app to change the power levels on a burner you have to confirm them on the hob anyway. You cannot remotely switch the hob on or off but can turn on child settings which is quite nice. The app also allows you to more easily access the configuration settings so has some value - just don’t hold your breath on the app being a game changer

Installation instructions straightforward. Hob excellent with useful features, quiet, quick and efficient.

We bought this Siemens hob to replace our old one that had stopped working. We are so impressed with it. It heats things up super fast, which is a real plus. It is easy to learn how to use. It has a Wifi function, where you can control the appliance from the comfort of your lounge or anywhere else. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I can highly recommend this product.
