We haven’t used the cooker yet due to kitchen renovation, we bought as it was a good price, excellent service and delivery as always from AO.

Fantastic oven so much better than our 12yr old range cooker and the service was top notch

Ordered a Rangemaster Classic 90 from AO. The first one had a main oven door that caught the facing of the cooker when you closed it, causing the oven facing to bend out of shape due to the impact. There were also a couple of other minor defects. Rangemaster’s opinion was that it could have been damaged in transit, so AO kindly arranged a replacement, but when it arrived it had the exact same issue with the oven door in exactly the same place, which to me suggests a manufacturing flaw and poor quality control. A further phone conversation with Rangemaster was disappointing, as they seemed unwilling to accept that the defects arose from any aspect of their production process, but thankfully AO stepped in again and offered a further replacement. We asked to receive a Rangemaster Professional 90 in exchange for the Classic model, and thankfully it functions as you would expect, but it has been both frustrating and disappointing to have to wait so long for a product that is fit for purpose. I would expect quality control at Rangemaster to be a bit tighter, given the prices they charge for their products. Rangemaster's final word on the issue was that 'sometimes doors and side panels do come misaligned during transit and they should be checked and realigned on installation', which once again places the onus on AO, which I think is unfair. Decide for yourself whether you think an oven door would have been 'misaligned in transit' on two separate occasions in exactly the same place on the product, or if perhaps Rangemaster's quality control is not quite as good as they would have you believe. I know what I think.

Absolutely love this Rangemaster Cooker. I had my previous cooker ( different brand) for over 20 years so when that broke I decided to upgrade to a Rangemaster and I am so glad I did. I spent ages choosing the right one for my kitchen/ home. I love everything about it. Both ovens (electric) cook perfectly and I love the big gas hob. The grill is fab too and just glides out on runners, so light & easy to operate compared to my old one where I had to hook the handle on everytime! Not only is it a stunning piece that looks beautiful in my kitchen it cooks perfectly too! Cannot fault it!

This not only looks fab but works like a dream - the oven gets warm so quickly and seems very efficient
