Beautiful item. Looks sleek and modern. Wish it was an oven as opposed to just a grill as that’s not particularly useful as such. However, I cannot fault the functions

Excellent updated Microwave with Grill product to my previous product. Also very easy to use.

Not as good as the prior Neff oven

This was a replacement for the previous Neff oven with the same specs microwave oven that we had used for over 15 years
It's nowhere near as good
It doesn't seem to generate a full 900w - food takes 15-20% longer to cook than the previous 900w oven
It doesn't heat evenly -even after a long time some parts are boiling, some are still cold - we never had that issue with the previous Neff oven
AO delivery was good, careful, efficient,timely
