Freezer draw rails have worn through and you can see the insulation foam after less then two years of light use, Samsung have not bothered in coming out to inspect the freezer but are happy to blame me and my wife and are accusing us of damaging the product even though the product is of poor quality and not fit for purpose, as a long loyal Samsung customer I am disgusted with there customer care and will never buy one of there products again. I really like it. Lovely spacious fridge and the freezer is small but adequate for our needs and exactly as advertised, so not disappointed. The delivery was quick and seamless and they brought the Fridge/Freezer right into the kitchen for us, ready to be installed.

Easy to install, easy to set up. Spacious and lots of adjustable storage. Very impressed.

Easy to install. Used Samsung installation guide on youtube. Fridge and freezer set to our preferences and working fine. Storage in both works for us. Very pleased with this choice. As yet nothing to moan about.

Great fridge freezer. Only reservation is that it needs 590mm depth to install if your socket is behind the appliance. Needed to faff around with recessing the socket to get the doors to close.
