Easy to set up and easy to use. Automatically installed itself with only a few details needed to personalise it, so was ready to use quickly. The white letters on the keys are useful as there is not a back light on the keyboard. An ideal every day laptop. At the moment no complaints.

Lap Top is just what I wanted and just right for the money, arrival time was spot on in fact it arrived two days early.

Great so far. My last HP (Pavillion) Laptop lasted years before finally giving up the ghost so I needed a fast replacement without much opportunity to shop around and weigh up the options. This seemed well priced and delivery as always from here was spot on. It was an intuitive doddle to set up and so far after a couple of weeks of use has made me wonder why I left it so long as it's ten times quicker than what I was working with. Negatives - the matte textured finish easily shows up greasy marks from my (I thought) very clean hands! Small detail, it looks cool otherwise. Also the touchpad whilst being the same style as my old pavilion which really suits me has kind of "stuck" a couple of times. Hoping it's just a teething issue as otherwise very suited with this
